Shipping Policy

  1. Order Processing:

    • All orders are processed within 5-7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Custom or specialty products may require additional processing time.

  2. Shipping Methods:

    • We offer various shipping options to accommodate your needs. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your selected method and location.

  3. Tracking Information:

    • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information to monitor the delivery status.

  4. Shipping Restrictions:

    • We currently ship within the United States and selected international destinations. Certain oversized or restricted items may incur additional fees or have shipping limitations.

  5. Shipping Damage:

    • If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. Retain all packaging materials, and contact our customer service team to file a claim.


Returns, Refunds, and Store Credit

  1. Cancellations:

    • Orders canceled prior to shipping are subject to a 25% cancellation fee. The cancellation fee will be issued as Store Credit to the original purchaser.

    • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

  2. Returns:

    • Returns must be pre-authorized by our customer service team. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

    • Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all original packaging and documentation.

  3. Non-Refundable Items:

    • Custom-built products, special orders, and clearance items are non-refundable and not eligible for return.

  4. Return Shipping Costs:

    • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

  5. Refunds and Store Credit:

    • Refunds are not offered for returned items. Eligible returns will be issued as Store Credit, directly to the original purchaser.

    • Store Credit may be used for future purchases and expire within 1 calendar year from date of receipt.

  6. Damaged or Defective Products:

    • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of receipt for assistance with a replacement or resolution.
