Shipping Policy
Order Processing:
All orders are processed within 5-7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Custom or specialty products may require additional processing time.
Shipping Methods:
We offer various shipping options to accommodate your needs. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your selected method and location.
Tracking Information:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information to monitor the delivery status.
Shipping Restrictions:
We currently ship within the United States and selected international destinations. Certain oversized or restricted items may incur additional fees or have shipping limitations.
Shipping Damage:
If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. Retain all packaging materials, and contact our customer service team to file a claim.
Returns, Refunds, and Store Credit
Cancellations:
Orders canceled prior to shipping are subject to a 25% cancellation fee. The cancellation fee will be issued as Store Credit to the original purchaser.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
Returns:
Returns must be pre-authorized by our customer service team. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all original packaging and documentation.
Non-Refundable Items:
Custom-built products, special orders, and clearance items are non-refundable and not eligible for return.
Return Shipping Costs:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
Refunds and Store Credit:
Refunds are not offered for returned items. Eligible returns will be issued as Store Credit, directly to the original purchaser.
Store Credit may be used for future purchases and expire within 1 calendar year from date of receipt.
Damaged or Defective Products:
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of receipt for assistance with a replacement or resolution.
