Is a torque converter part of the package?
Yes. We include a matched converter because stall, lockup, and efficiency are critical to drivability and longevity on Ford applications.
Programming & electronics—anything special for Ford?
Plan for a full reprogram/relearn. 6R80/10R80 often require strategy file updates and an adaptive drive cycle; Super Duty units benefit from a proper cooler flush and line inspection.
What maintenance is recommended on install?
Always flush/replace the cooler and lines, verify correct fluid, and complete the adaptive learn. Skipping these steps risks contamination and voids coverage.
