A friend of mine was having problems with transmission fluid leakage from the turbo 400 in his 1967 SS Chevelle. After close inspection I found the leak coming from the gear shift shaft. Another friend had just rebuilt his 700R4 with parts and tech support from Monster Transmissions and recommended I give them a call. After speaking to one of the monster transmission techs he recommended replacing the shaft and seal. I purchased the parts from Monster Transmissions and installed them a few days later. NO MORE PUDDLES OF TRANSMISSION FLUID UNDER THE CAR! I have another friend with the same leak on his 65 Chevelle and will do his car soon.
