It’s Monday again, and at Monster that means it’s time to choose the MonStar of the week. For this week, the MonStar was Jimmy of the torque converter department. He was chosen for going above and beyond his duties by traveling out to Daytona to assist a client in installing their product into their vehicle. As a matter of fact, Jimmy was absent from the meeting today due to him and two other workers driving out to Pensacola, a six hour trip, to do the very same task that earned him the MonStar title. We here at Monster are all about building relationships, our motto being “We build more than transmissions, we build relationships” and this act by Jimmy epitomizes that motto. As for department of the week, teardown came out on top, ending the two week reign held by the client care crew. The intern of the week was Ely of teardown for proving himself to be a valuable part of Monster. Monster also welcomed today three new Monsters to its rank, two in sales and one going to client care.
