Transfer Case Quality
The following parts are always replaced: bearings, seals, fork pads, viscous (when the unit has them) and chains (chains are Morse and only Morse chains). The transfer cases we offer have been thoroughly tested from the smallest piece to the completed unit. Low service expectancy parts are automatically replaced regardless of their condition. All other parts that do not have absolutely new potential service life are replaced with the highest quality parts available. Upgrades are performed to improve on the factory's design when possible.
Our Transfer Cases are delivered with a 12 month/Unlimited mileage warranty from time of purchase. When ordering please provide vehicle year, make, model, transfer case model number and assembly number off existing transfer case tag, this information will ensure that you receive a direct drop in replacement.

We have several locations across the country that stock most all types of American transfer cases. The estimated delivery time is about 1 week from the date of purchase depending on your location. Refundable Core Deposit What's a core deposit? This is a temporary deposit that is withheld to ensure that we receive your old transfer case back. There is a refundable core deposit in addition to the transfer case price. Refund of core deposit will be sent to the original purchaser after the unit has been received by one of the transfer case manufacturer locations within 2-3 weeks of purchase date. Because shipping can vary from state to state, we leave the return of the core up to the customer however we do offer an optional Core Pickup Service for a flat rate.

Helpful hints that tell you if your transfer case is bad: The best way to check is to have your repair shop drain the fluid. Check for the following:
Is there any fluid?* Does the fluid smell burnt?* Is the fluid silvery in color?* Are there metal pieces in the fluid?* * 95% of the time these signs will indicate if the transfer case is bad. If you do not buy from us:
