The Master Conversion Package was designed for customers that are looking to convert their old 2 or 3 speed to the popular 4L60E/4L65E Automatic Overdrive running a LS style engine. Compatible with LS1 or engines produced from 1998 and up, a stand-alone transmission controller can be added on to this order for an additional charge. This Package includes about 99% of the conversion minus the driveshaft and crossmember work.
 
The 4L60E has a 3.06 ratio in first gear, which is 20% lower than most transmissions. The 30% overdrive will give a 30 to 40% increase in gas mileage on the road when compared to a 3-speed transmission. The 4L60E/4L65E is a popular transmission swap for muscle car restorations to add the overdrive option & to update to a modern transmission. Converting from a 2 or 3-speed to the 4L60E Monster Transmission may also increase the value of your vehicle because of the great performance and fuel economy.

I ordered a conversion package from Josh a couple of weeks ago and so far so good. I don''t have everything hooked up but I''ve got it mounted up to the engine and torque converter and everything has been just like the directions said. I have to do some more with the other linkage, transmission cooler lines, and lockup but I haven''t had any issues. I''m very pleased with the order and I really appreciate all of the help they gave me leading up to the decision to purchase. So far so good. Thanks!
